Impeccable packaging. Excellent communication. The only minor downside: DHL handled the delivery and did not provide a precise delivery time. The tracking only shows the departure time from the warehouse and delivery expected before the end of the day. This is really insufficient on DHL's part. Almost all other carriers offer full tracking. However, the price and packaging were very good, so I will certainly use their services again. I had difficulty leaving this review because the link redirected me to Trustpilot France. Please try to find a link suitable for your country.

It might be better to use good-quality plastic adhesive tape rather than brown packing tape, as the latter had come loose upon receipt of the parcel. However, everything was so carefully packed, and even double-wrapped, that the fragile porcelain pieces were not at risk of being damaged.

Twice, the shipments were from the United Kingdom to the United States, and the third time, it was a shipment within the United States. Each time, the packaging was so careful that the clocks arrived in perfect condition. This time, an additional delay was needed because a shipping label (for UPS) had been created, but the process stopped there. After several days with no updates, I contacted the packaging company and the package arrived the next day… in perfect condition, as always.
